I’ve loved Gone in Sixty Seconds (the remake) since I was a kid, and it still holds up to this day. However, now that I’m old, there are some things I start to wonder about.
For one, there’s a Ferrari F40 there that they just leave behind. Why isn’t it on the list when it’s easily obtainable.
There’s also a few odd cars on the list, like a 2000 Cadillac Eldorado ETC and a 2000 GMC Yukon. A guy like me would want those cars, but some random buyer in South America? I dunno about all that.
I don’t know, there’s too many self-indulgent wieners in this city with too much bloody money.
Edit: Spike TV cut out the jump. I’m pretty pissed.

Cause that F40 just happened to be in a place where they found a few cars that were on the list.
If they want to get paid they stay to the list. They didn’t make the list themselves if you didn’t get that.

I got that part. I just always wondered why the F40 wasn’t on the list.

Low production cars are much easier to track.

There’s a few on the list that were just as few.

Actually the only one of the “stupid” ones I’ll watch occasionally. But it’s worth noting that the GM and Caddy were new cars at the time, and their modern equivalents sticker 60-70k in the higher trims.

That Mustang is awful, people started putting kits on 60's Mustangs, I saw one and it is terrible. That extra modern light by the headlights, yuck! This is what it should look like.

It’s pretty bad in a good way.

I kinda like the bodykit. That car was the dream of my younger self. There’s someone in AL with one and every time I see it I get chills like I get when I see a DeLorean or a 58 Fury.

With the exception of the jump scene that movie is awesome

Well, Spike TV cut the jump for commercial time, so...

Maybe the collector already has one?

Cause the list was pre ordered cars, and no body wanted a F40.

The Caddy and GMC were probably a bit more desirable back then as new cars.

Are you kidding me 200MPH is the best bad car movie. It makes the remake of Gone in 60 seconds look AMAZING. Also no movie with Angelina Jolie is a bad movie.

Exactly. The customer is always right, even if the customer’s tastes are questionable. Just because I’d rather have the F40 than any other Ferrari doesn’t mean someone else’s preferences are the same.
